• Share: What are you doing on campus that you are proud of?
  • Shannon-Print log to see how much people are printing, cost analysis, will send out spreadsheet
  • Irma-setting up airliners and doc cams in core areas,working with teachers in classrooms, working on getting response devices set up
  • Julie- projectors hung and refresh started, will be starting tech Tuesdays, redid web page using google
  • Summer-Workshop Wednesday, training on moodle, web 2.0,
  • Robin- Teacher Trainings - One Wednesday per month, survey to find out what they want, Students - tech camps-new topics monthly, meet before school
  • Vickie- everything is new (office 7, doc cams, mimio boards, airliners), monthly newsletter with embedded videos, printer war
  • Brian- projectors and doc cams being used, setting up doc cam software, ordering airliners for math dept., team google calendars that admin can view
  • Nakisha- surveyed teachers, doing moodle training in future, waiting on doc cams,
  • Henry- Refreshed with Windows 7, started technology ABC group, looking at Moodle
• Technology Assessment for 8th Grade:
  • Review results from last year ( see email for results)
    • Not a true testing environment.

• Moodle at the Middle School
  • Challenges - (ex. equipment)
    • Lack of computers, how do you introduce moodle while at the same time providing equitable access
    • Training...need it for ITS... Summer and Brian will do an afternoon session
  • What role could Moodle play at the middle school level given the current constraints?
    • Supplement to class work in the lab or library, give students a window to complete assignments outside of class, 3
